I was angry, I was in school and always felt like I was capable of more but every time I studied it was a battle, not with the material but with my environment. Distractions were everywhere and they kept stealing my time, effort and eventually grades. To be honest, I couldn't fight them.
I'd sit down to study, open a book... and end up scrolling for hours.

It wasn’t a motivation problem.
